What is Individual Nutrition Programming?

Proteins, Fats and Carbs, oh my! Don't panic, we know three out of three of those words can be scary, but they don't have to be.

Proteins are essential for muscle growth and recovery. Anyone trying to convince you that you can tone your muscles by only lifting 2 lb dumbbells and constantly knocking back juice cleanses is doing you a huge disservice. If you want to tone and sculpt, you need protein.

This brings us to Fats, and fats may make you fat, but they may not. What they do is help you feel full by providing you calorically dense food. And your body needs fats, they work like an internal oil for your body.

Last but not least, Carbohydrates, or as we in the business call them, Carbs. First and foremost, Carbs are awesome, which is why America eats so many of them everyday. But they need to be eaten at the right times and in the right amounts to support workout recover and healthy digestion.

All three macronutrients, Proteins, Fats, and Carbs, unite to for the perfect nutritional trifecta for building muscle, losing fat, getting abs, and shedding flab. That's the goal of our nutrition programming - to get you the results you want with a plan you can stick to everyday.
