What is IM Endurance?
We know folks like to run. Every time we drive over the Lake Murray Dam we see folks walking, jogging, and running. Running is an excellent way to stay healthy... IF that same running isn't simultaneously slowly killing you. How many runners do you know that struggle with a knee, a hip, an ankle, shin splints, or back pain. It may be that the very thing they love is tearing them apart, but running doesn't have to be the bad guy. Our running staff specializes in teaching and training the skill of running, and running is a skill. In our OptIMize endurance classes you will learn proper warm-up protocols, effective dynamic drills to reinforce proper technique, and the essential biomechanics to avoid running related injuries. We want your runner's high to come from the miles you log, not the medications you take!
