At Crossfit OptIMize, we recognize that health and fitness are not one-size-fits all activities. We love that fitness takes on as many forms as there are activities to pursue. We teach and coach Crossfit because we believe that the constant variance keeps us guessing, the functional movements train us for life, and the high intensity pushes us to excel. That's why we do Crossfit, because Crossfit makes us most ready to tackle the unknown and unknowable we might face today.
